1. General

1.1 The website serves as a platform for purchasing original clothing from the PUN. brand.
1.2 Services provided on the website are subject to availability and at the discretion of the brand owner.
1.3 Please note that changes in inventory, prices, and terms may occur and are not binding until an order is placed and confirmed.

2. Placing Orders

2.1 Orders are placed by selecting an item, filling in customer details, and completing payment through a secure system.
2.2 An automatic confirmation email will be sent upon placing the order, but it does not constitute a supply commitment until payment details are verified.
2.3 The brand owner reserves the right to reject any order at their sole discretion, particularly in cases of incorrect information, technical errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Processing and Shipping Times

3.1 All orders are packed and shipped by the brand owner according to the customer’s details.
3.2 Order processing time is up to 5 business days from payment confirmation, not including delivery time.
3.3 Shipping is available within Israel only.
3.4 The shipping method and delivery approach will be determined at the brand owner’s discretion, depending on the address and type of order.
3.5 There is no guarantee of specific delivery days or times.

4. Order Cancellation and Returns

4.1 Order cancellations will be carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations. Refunds will not be issued for items that were used, washed, damaged, or returned without original packaging. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and must include the order number. Items made to custom specifications are non-cancellable under the law.
4.2 In exceptional cases, the operator may offer a refund or store credit – at their sole discretion.
4.3 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to the brand.

5. Warranty and Customer Service

5.1 Each item is carefully inspected before shipment.
5.2 If a defective or incorrect item is received, the customer must contact us within 3 days of delivery, including documentation.
5.3 Customer service is provided subject to availability via the contact form on the website or by email. Inquiries will be addressed within a reasonable time.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 The website is committed to protecting users’ privacy and will use information solely to complete the order.
6.2 Payments are processed through secure external systems; the website does not store credit card information.
